Lonnie G. Hawkins, CEO
Lonnie serves as lead case design specialist and chairs the Gift Review Committee where he is responsible to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of all plans developed for referring advisors and their clients. He also serves as primary liaison between SPGN and non-profit corporations participating in the Partners in Philanthropy program.
Lonnie has over 30 years experience in financial services. A product of the University of Arizona’s School of Accounting, Lonnie has developed expertise in pension planning and administration, high net worth insurance planning, advanced estate planning, planned giving, and legacy planning. Lonnie has hundreds of personal clients and an industry-wide reputation for planning excellence. |

Michael P. McLaughlin, CMO
Mike serves as SPGN's process designer with the responsibility to build and implement SPGN's business development model as well as the Simplified Planned Giving programs. Mike is also the primary trainer of financial services professionals seeking to incorporate SPG into their practices.
Mike earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science/Public Administration. He has completed post-graduate training and has extensive experience in process design and management. He also has over 20 years of award winning field experience in financial services, with particular expertise in wealth creation, retention and legacy planning, including sophisticated estate and financial planning. |

Allen P. Goodmansen, CPA, CFO
Allen serves as the lead tax and accounting specialist on the Gift Review Committee, where he provides tax impact and income analyses during plan development, and a final tax management and income analysis as part of the plan design process. He also coordinates the communication and implementation of the overall plan with tax advisors. Additionally, Allen supervises the activities of the Financial Advisory Board (FAB) program and the tax preparation unit.
Allen has nearly 30 years of tax management and tax planning experience. He has designed tax-planning software that is used by some of the largest tax preparation services in the country. |
